• 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp cream of tartar
  • 0.5 cup salt
  • 2 cups flour

  • Mix the salt with the hot water first to dissolve
  • Add all the other ingredients
  • Mix together
  • Knead and roll until workable, adding a little extra flour at a time to get past the sticky stage
