Apple Pie Smoothie










Ingredients
  • 5 raw almonds
  • 1 red apple
  • 0.5 small frozen banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder or 0.75 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 0.5 cup fat free coconut milk
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
  • In a blender or food processor, blend the almonds until finely ground
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency
