Ingredients
- 5 raw almonds
- 1 red apple
- 0.5 small frozen banana
- 1 scoop protein powder or 0.75 cup Greek yoghurt
- 0.5 cup fat free coconut milk
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, blend the almonds until finely ground
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency
