White Peach Ginger Smoothie

  • 2 peaches, pits removed and chopped
  • 1 scoop protein powder or 0.75 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbs fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 tsp finely chopped peeled fresh ginger (or pinch of ground ginger)
  • 05 cup fresh raspberries
  • 10 shelled unsalted pistachios, crushed or coarsely chopped
  • In a blender, combine peaches, yoghurt, ilme juice, and ginger
  • Blend until desired consistency
  • Pour into serving glass
  • Stir in raspberries and garnish with pitachios
